  The location was very convenient. Most city destinations are within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.

  Cleanliness could be a bit improved. We had to ask in two consecutive days for the bathroom floor to be cleaned. The closet was very small for two people staying for aweek or so.

  Great view and wonderful rooms-- very diverse hotel. And the accessible amenities make it a must-visit. Lakeview Room was gorgeous. Loved it.

  the pool, room with a nice few,

  I was very upset as my credit card called me today Tuesday at 8 am. They asked me to freeze the account because of several charges coming through from the Harbour Castel which I did not sign for. They charge came in AT 3,26 am. I called the hotel on Tuesday at 9 am after I received a phone call from my Mastercard. I was in a real panic because I thought someone stole my card # and is loading up my card. In the meantime it was apperantly only deposit charges from the hotel. This caused great stress to me and I am very upset. I spent last weekend at the Harbour castel over $ 360 in the hotel and now I am very upset.

  Hotel was convenient to the conference I was attending.

  I had to lug my heavy suitcase up the many stairs from the street to the lobby level. There was no doorman present, no elevator and no ramp that I could find. I complained to the clerk, who said, "There is a phone down there that you could have called for assistance." I never saw that phone, even when I was looking. I would not come to this hotel again.

  the alarm went off at 4:00 for about 30min could not sleep after that. noone said sorry or anything so can't sleep well time to go .

  The location is excellent, with wonderful views, as the hotel is situated right on the lakeshore and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the CN tower!

  I really liked this hotel but felt that the overall standard of housekeeping could be improved.

  The location and the heavenly bed. This comes with reasonable price.

  Quite old, need some renovation esp the bathroom. Water leakage from the shower head, this contradict to their eco friendly, going green notion. The guest service staff is not well trained. When I asked for spoon, plate and bowl since I have a mircowave in my room, the first thing the guest service staff said to me was "if you asked for more than 5 items, we will have to charge you 2.50 service charge!" When I question about this charge, she said it was not her that set these rules. I did not indicate that it was her however she was very defensive. Westin should train their staff properly. This is the worst treatment I have received from Westin hotels from all the Westin hotels I have stayed.

  Location, cleanliness and hotel design.

  The girl behind the check in desk was very inexperience, clueless and argumental about our reservation, someone else had to come and take over.
